A few notes on using this search tool:

  • The tool will retrive data from the TIES, CHESFIMS and seine sampling programs conducted by the Miller lab.
  • Narrow your search by altering the information contained within each tab.
  • Color codes for selecting items:
    • Unselected
    • Selected
  • After submiting your request, you will be presented with a preview of the data. Please review as this to ensure that it meets your requirements.
  • If you wish to further alter your search terms, you may click "Alter Query" which will appear at the top of this page (only when previewing results).
  • When you are ready to save the data, click the "Save" text. It may take up to 20 seconds for us to prepare your data into a .zip file that you may then download.
  • Download the file by clicking the "save file" link which will apear in place of the counter.
  • The data will comprise an index file providing cruise level information and individual data files for each cruise.
  • If you would like to calculate standardized abundancies, please download the station list file to identify stations occupied but at which there was zero catch.
